“ The Fritz recently reopened under new ownership which gave me reason to delete my previous and not 5 star review of the establishment. While some may be commiserating the menu change new ownership obviously drives, I applaud the owner for developing and delivering an updated menu that is diverse and delish. The cocktail menu has been crafted with care and provides some new quaffable drinks the downtown area needs. I highly recommend the whipped feta, olives and bolognese. All menu items are shareable in staying with the tapas theme. We have had an excellent experience each of the times we've dined here and given that we "fired" the restaurant after bad experiences under the previous owner, it took some convincing to return and boy are we glad we did! ”
